Viridian Apartments

I am extremely disappointed with the management’s handling of repeated noise complaints in this community. Despite numerous complaints about excessive noise and nuisance caused by the residents living upstairs including constant running, loud footsteps, and moving furniture at late hours management has failed to take any meaningful action.
Which seriously affected our peace, sleep, and overall quality of life. We were repeatedly told that the residents would be informed, but nothing changed.... It feels like management simply does not care about the comfort and well-being of tenants who are affected by these disturbances.

For anyone considering moving here, be aware that noise complaints may not be taken seriously. A residential community should provide a peaceful living environment, and unfortunately that has not been our experience. Read More

Poor community for multiple reasons
1) poor washers and dryers in the community they never work
2) trespassing is easy gates are always open
3) parking issues for visitors they’re always full whenever my friends come over they never find a parking spot
4) lived on first floor and the apartment above me always created nuisance no civic sense and basic etiquettes throw bottles and trash from the top floor and run on the steps keep knocking on the floor that created disturbance for us at late... nights as well, we mailed the community multiple times but the issue wasn’t resolved
5) people drink in the swimming pools and smoke

I’ll rate a zero for the community thankfully i moved to a better place for a better living, i’ll advise people to look for some good communities and check everything thoroughly would never refer someone this disgusting place Read More

Pros: Maintenance team are good hard working people. Cons: Worse apartment experience of my life. Customer/leasing staff unimaginably unprofessional and unqualified. Lived in a cockroach and rat infested apartment for over 6 months and drained my savings account replacing items that rats destroyed. I tried to fix things myself when it comes to most anything that I can before reaching out for help, but the situation was unbearable and unsafe from disease. After months of waiting for a solution... and little in savings, the manager allowed me to move apartments. The new apartment had a broken window and random doors that were never placed, but again I dont really care since it was an improvement. In the meeting with manager, everything seemed fine, but was charged double rent in my next bill and again down payment. Calls were not picked up, had to go in person, front staff was flirting with a guy for 10 minutes before they asked me what I needed and said only manager could help me. Put in request for assistance using online tool and left voicemail, they closed request without helping and never replied. After finally getting a reply, got a second bill for another utility charge and service fee during the transfer. The service fee was from what they said about 4-5 times the utility amount. When I was able to get through to someone they spoke for a long time, then when it was my turn to talk they interrupted me and when I was going to continue they placed me on hold without letting me say what I needed to say. It would be funny if it wasnt so ridiculous. From the start, going into the office is the most painful and hopeless thing you can do. They dont answer phones but when you go in person they are either flirting (saw it twice) or you see the phones ringing and not being picked up. Will try to find a new place when I am able to. is my first moving by myself, and it was amazing everything is so pretty and so easy

I had such a great experience touring these apartments! Everything from the pool to the gym were all great additional amenities that leasing agent Wendy did not fail to touch on. Wendy showed great knowledge in this complex and all the pros because there were definitely no cons! Wendy left such a great impression on us. We look forward to moving in soon and feel good about having someone we trust so quickly on site for us.
