This home is located on a busier road, so there is potential for noise. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Parties, events, or social gatherings of any size are not allowed at any time of the day. Our external security cameras can monitor occupancy, and a violation of these rules can result in the cancellation of the remainder of your stay without any refund and an additional penalty of up to $500 determined at our sole discretion. Pets must be leashed when outside or in a fenced-in backyard, especially when the property is shared with other guests. You must pick up after your pet, or a penalty of $75 per incident will be incurred. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $250 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. If you'd like to smoke, please do it outside and at least 10 feet from the house. Do not discard cigarette butts or cigars on the grass; ash trays are provided. If we have to clean any up, we reserve the right to charge a $25 penalty for each one we find in the grass or on the ground.
