Azalea Place

Azalea place really is perfect, on a quite side of town, nice neighborhood, shopping less than a mile, Top notch best of the best staff, beautiful grounds, really nice units and just an all around great place highly recommend.

This is the perfect place to live in Tallahassee. The apartments are spacious, quiet and pet friendly. The office staff are ultra-professional and upstanding. The grounds are lovely and the amenities are luxurious; we have our own dog park, large pool and deck area and creek! The maintenance staff are quick to respond and incredibly helpful.
I don't want to live anywhere else!

I cannot even put into words how amazing this place is. I have had nothing but amazing customer service, friendliness, patience, attentiveness, and so much more. They truly go the extra mile for their renters. For example, the minute we walked into our new place for the first time there were so many extra goodies they put on the table from the pop socket, T-shirt, lip balm, coasters, and extra things they didn’t have to give, just as a thank you, and we also noticed our air conditioner wasn’t... working properly and they responded immediately in 10 minutes they were over to try and fix it. Unfortunately they couldn’t fix it, they immediately ordered a BRAND NEW a/c for our place and had it all fixed within a few days! Another thing I want to add- is they are completely dog friendly, like by far exceeded my expectations. They always greet you and stop to say hi if they see you are walking your pup and give free treats and toys! If you step into the front office they are so happy and I honestly feel like it’s so hard to believe, like I’m just waiting for there to be a catch or something because people just cannot be this nice! The maintenance people included. I feel safe, and made sure to research safe places to live in Tallahassee before I got here and this for sure exceeded my expectations; the surrounding area entails of health markets, parks, and delicious vegan restaurants. I feel as though I can walk outside at night without someone mugging me. There’s actually a courtesy officer that is our neighbor and parks right in front of my building. Definitely in a great area. I cannot explain how comfortable, safe, satisfied, and happy I feel. I moved 6 hours from my home town I’ve known my entire life and came here so nervous and afraid of the unknown-but they have eased my anxieties astronomically. I got a new job literally 2 miles away, I start school soon, and things are falling into place it seems thanks to their exceptional service. This is long, but I don’t care, they deserve such an amazing review because I’ve never experienced anything so genuine and I don’t think you will find a place such as this one-it’s rare!

I have only stayed here for a little while but every expectation has been met for me and my aunt. The staff is really friendly and there is always hot coffee in the main office. The pool is very nice and they even have a small gym that I hope to go to in the near future when my foot gets better. I also feel very safe here.
