do not move here! New property manager and she is horrible. There are 3 ladies in the clubhouse that never leave the clubhouse to see what kind of shape the complex is in. They can pay for a professional cleaner to come clean the clubhouse once a week (with our rent money & even though there's 3 of them that just sit there all day) yet us residents can't even get a gated apartment complex or new items in the dog park. Save your money and go to an actual arbor property!

The ladies in the clubhouse are very fake. This complex has gone downhill. Trash/junk everywhere. Can't even get lights by the pool or for the gate to actually be a gate, instead its there for looks. But it's an "arbor property"

I spent four years here as a graduate student and could not have been happier. The location is quiet, cozy, super safe, and the staff is phenomenal. Every request I had was taken care of, and they are so proactive, too. I love the fun incentives each month to bring the residents together! Could not recommend a better community in Tallahassee!

Community and amenities are beautiful! The office and maintenance staff are wonderful to work with and do their best of handle things in a timely manner

Front office never fixes issues and you will have the most trashiest neighbors in existence . No cameras , gym has 4 working machines, dog park is filled with poop because people won’t clean it . You truly get what you pay for , avoid this place .
