The neighborhood can be lively, especially on weekends. From Thursday through Sunday, music from nearby bars may be heard late into the night, sometimes until around 2 AM, with occasional vibrations. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and will result in a $500 fine. Parties are absolutely not allowed and violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. All pets must be house-trained and cannot be left alone in the apartment. There is a pet weight limit of 35 lbs, and Pitbulls are not allowed. Guests are required to load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage, and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot. Mail orders cannot be accepted at the building; PO boxes are recommended for shipping orders.
