One complimentary parking space is provided in a detached parking garage about one block away from the building. Pets are welcome with a fee structure: $25 per pet per night for short stays, a flat $200 fee per pet for 8–28 nights, and a flat $300 fee per pet for 29+ nights. Early check-in is available for $25 for 2 PM or $50 for 12 PM, subject to host approval, and late check-out is available for $25 for 12 PM, subject to host approval.

The free Tampa trolley stops right outside, giving you quick access to Downtown, the Cruise Terminal, Channelside, Water Street, Amalie Arena, and Raymond James Stadium. The neighborhood is highly walkable, making it easy to explore Ybor City’s restaurants, cigar lounges, bars, and museums just steps from the building. If you prefer rideshare, both Uber and Lyft are readily available and very convenient in the area.
The neighborhood can be lively on weekends, which is part of Ybor City’s unique character. During the day it’s generally quiet, but from Thursday through Sunday you may hear music from nearby bars late into the night, sometimes until around 2 AM. The sound is usually light, though occasional vibrations may be noticeable. Noise curfew is observed from 10 PM to 7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM to 8 AM on weekends. Violations incur a $100 fine for the second offense and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Pets have a weight limit of 35 lbs, Pitbulls are not allowed, all pets must be housetrained, and pets must not be left alone in the apartment. As part of the screening and reservation confirmation process, the primary reservation holder is required to complete an online check-in form through a guest portal, providing personal information, a valid government-issued ID, and a selfie for verification. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels, and surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). Amenities outside of the apartment are managed by the building and are subject to maintenance outside of our control; maintenance does not warrant a refund. Guests are advised to inquire about amenity status before booking. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly, and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Mail orders are not accepted to the building as there is only one unique mailbox key per apartment; it is recommended to get a PO Box at the local USPS. Upon checkout, guests must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage (not in the sink disposal), and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash chute.
