This listing is one of two identical apartments, with the only difference being the placement of two windows. As part of the screening and reservation confirmation process, the primary reservation holder is required to complete an online check-in form through our guest portal, providing personal information, a valid government-issued ID, and a selfie for verification. Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels, and surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). A $100 fee will be charged for a missing keyfob. Amenities outside of the apartment, such as the gym, are managed by the building and are subject to maintenance outside of our control; maintenance does not warrant a refund, so inquire about amenity status before booking. Pets have a weight limit of 35 lbs, Pitbulls are not allowed, all pets must be housetrained, and pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. An unregistered pet fee of $100 per pet or a variation to achieve up to $200 will be charged. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. A noise curfew is observed from 10 PM to 7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM to 8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation include a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third.
