This building is scheduled for upcoming painting activities beginning Monday, February 9, 2026. Your unit is scheduled for balcony painting on March 4 and door painting on February 23. No smoking (tobacco, marijuana, or vaping) is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. Sailport permits Emotional Support and Service Animals with prior notice, written approval from the Manager, and supporting documentation provided to security upon arrival. A $100 pet fee applies. Pets are not allowed on beds or couches. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Balcony Painting: No unit access is required, painters will use lifts to access balconies, balcony doors, windows, and furniture will be covered for protection, and painters will not enter the unit. Door Painting: Painters will need to open the front door to sand, clean, prime, and paint, work and drying time will take approximately 2–3 hours, the front door must remain open during this time, and hotel staff will monitor affected units to help ensure security.
