Several restaurants are within walking distance, and Instacart delivery is available directly to the unit.
A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. All the amenities outside of the unit (pool, grills, gym, convenience store, laundry, etc.) and the internet/Wi-Fi are managed by the resort, and their cleanliness or availability is not guaranteed. No smoking (tobacco, marijuana, or vaping) is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with a $250 penalty.
