Noise curfew is observed from 10 PM to 7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM to 8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation include a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building, and staff is for tenants, not short-term guests; for questions or concerns, contact the host directly, and only approach building staff or security in case of an emergency. For checkout, you must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and cookware, dump food waste in the garbage, not in the sink disposal, and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash chute. No entry is allowed for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation, and guests must be 21 years or older to book a reservation. Mail orders are not accepted to the building since there is only one unique mailbox key per apartment; it is recommended to get a PO Box at the local USPS and have orders shipped there.
