He earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Economics from the University of South Florida, giving him a strong foundation in negotiation, pricing strategy, and market analysis. Ray is an active member of the National Association of Realtors®, Stellar MLS, and the Suncoast Tampa Association of Realtors®. He has earned multiple brokerage awards for performance and sales volume and holds several professional designations, including VA Loan Certified, Accredited Buyer Representative® (ABR®), and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) through the National Association of Realtors®. Outside of real estate, Ray enjoys coaching his son’s soccer team, watching his daughter’s ballet classes, and spending quality time with his wife of over 12 years.
