We are very happy living at Villas of Westchase. It is very important for our family that the community is wellsuited for families with children, with playgrounds, pools, and barbecue areas. Most importantly, it provides access to Deer Park Elementary School.

Overall decent place to live, communication with staff is a little difficult as emails and phone calls are often unanswered. But the maintenance staff is always extremely helpful and the community is in a nice area. Parking is nightmare and amenities could use an upgrade but overall I do enjoy living here.
