Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the apartment, and if cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. Parties are not allowed, and a maximum of five people are allowed in the apartment at any time. Guests must pick up after their pets, and a $50 penalty applies if pet waste is left on the property. Pets must be leashed when outside or in a fenced-in backyard, especially when the property is shared with other guests. Two vehicles may be parked in the driveway, but boat trailers and campers are not permitted. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in, and anyone under 25 will be refused entry and the reservation will be cancelled without a refund. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
