Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the rental, and a $250 penalty will be charged if cleaners determine smoking has taken place. Parties are not allowed, and a maximum of five people are allowed in the rental at any time. Pets are not allowed, except for service dogs. Two vehicles may be parked in the driveway; parking in the street is prohibited. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in, and anyone under 25 will be refused entry and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. [SI]
