In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! The property is professionally sprayed for bugs, however, everything outside of that is beyond our control. Mosquitoes are sometimes unavoidable. Please remember to pack mosquito spray. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored. There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on property. Events are not allowed. Please respect the neighborhood. Be considerate of our neighbors while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane if needed for the grill.
