Manipulative and Lacking

Our experience here was one of the worst I have seen. Poor management with everything constantly being broken. The leasing office took away stuff we paid for without even telling us. It took us going to the leasing office to find out they had given it away. There has been much more examples of poor communication unfortunately. Would not recommend.

Great place.

I've had a great experience at Solena West Miami. The community is clean, modern, and in a great location with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major highways. The apartments are spacious with beautiful finishes, and the amenities are well maintained. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and helpful whenever I've needed assistance. It feels like a safe and welcoming place to call home. I would definitely recommend Solena West Miami to anyone looking for a comfortable and... convenient place to live.

Great Service & Beautiful Amenities

Great experience so far at Solena West Miami. The staff has provided excellent service and has been very helpful throughout the process. The amenities are beautiful, well maintained, and really add to the overall living experience. Looking forward to living here and enjoying everything the community has to offer!

Best Apartment Location in West Miami

The property is beautiful including the amenities and the office team is incredible. Beatriz is such a delight and provides such great customer service. Great location to many different areas.

ZERO STAR

First impressions matter, and unfortunately mine were not positive. The leasing process was poorly explained, and communication was lacking throughout. We were missing only one document and had received notice that we had 48 hours to provide it, yet our application was canceled before that timeframe expired.

The leasing agent, Gino, was unhelpful and unwilling to provide options or guidance. Although our income and credit had already been approved, the apartment was rented to someone else... before we were given the opportunity to resolve the missing requirement. After reading other reviews and experiencing the lack of customer service firsthand, I'm relieved I won't be moving here.
