Solmar is a great place to live. It is centrally located around grocery stores, restaurants, and is close to nightlife just a few blocks down the road. The amenities are nice and the community is very welcoming.

I’ve been living in the building for 10 years and my rent is higher than it’s ever been and the worst it’s ever been. The staff is not able to keep up with everything.

Awful living experience

Do NOT rent here!! The walls are paper thin, the fire alarms go off extremely often, significantly more than any other place I've lived, maintenance is extremely slow. I'm writing this to save you, don't live here
