Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the unit, with a violation fee of $500. Under 21s are not permitted to drink alcohol. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed unless approved by the host in advance, with a violation fee of $250 per guest/visitor. Please avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms and respect the noise curfew from 8 PM to 8 AM daily. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM.
