Please be aware that the air conditioning and heating are controlled by the building, with adjustable airflow only within the unit. The building's thermostat controls the activation dates, typically around March for AC and October for heating. Fans or space heaters may be provided during transitional weather. This is a high-rise building with neighbors, and while the building has 24/7 security staff, noise from neighbors or the nearby highway may be present. The area is a downtown Atlanta district with diverse people and may not be a quiet residential area. No parties, no gatherings, no smoking, and no loud music are allowed at any time, with potential removal from the building without refund for violations. Quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. No pets are allowed at any time, with a minimum fine of $500. A minimum fee of $65 applies if you are locked out of the unit and building staff assists. Packages and mail should not be sent to the building. A minimum fine of $150 applies for behavior resulting in a false fire alarm. Do not block elevator doors. No eating, beverages, or smoking are allowed in hallways or common areas. Do not put large items into hallway trash chutes, with a minimum fine of $50. Do not let people follow you into the building. No noise should be heard coming from your unit at any time. Bicycles are not allowed in elevators; a key to the Bicycle Room can be obtained from the Management Office. Before departure, please empty trash in the nearby trash chute, load and start the dishwasher, strip the beds, and pile all dirty linens in the bathroom, leaving the place generally as you found it.
