overall great place to stay I live in the community and they always keep the place up I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to everyone looking for a beautiful community to reside the leasing office always is prompt. and. gets everything done that I need them to get done !!!

841 Memorial is a gem of a community! This small boutique apartment is perfect for sometime who likes quiet and easy. The hallways are clean, resident events are fun and the staff is quick and helpful. You dont have much to worry about when living here except where to walk and grab something to eat! Oh yeah, the rooftop patio is a BONUS!

Rodent infestation. Don't live here. I thought I lucked out by getting a low-ish priced rent, but after 6 months of living here, I came home to a mouse in my apartment. I informed maintenance and management and they assured me that they looked extensively for holes and sealed them. Less than 2 weeks later, I found 3 mice in my kitchen area, one of which was in my fridge vents. Management was been slow in responding to requests, and overall I'm highly disappointed in the way the situation was... handled. I would never live here again.
