By and large, Im very pleased with living at the Avana Druid Hills, neighbors are very friendly , staff/ management are equally friendly and they work very hard, everyone seems to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. The community is clean, quiet and has a peaceful feel. Plenty of parking.

From the very beginning of my moving here I have enjoyed this property. I've seen several different management groups. Name of property change. Gated not gated. New maintenance crew. Different rental office.. None of these things were bad,, because it didn't affect the atmosphere, which i love.. Another thing i love about this property is the friendliness of the residents and it has always been peaceful regardless of the obvious changes.

Hands down one of the most smooth and friendly working processes I’ve experienced. Currently, as a contractor at Hana Contractors, Avana Druid Hills is the best place work with. Specially the property manager, Summer is always cheerful and amazing. Leasing consultant, Tina and maintenance team are also very awesome!
I definitely can tell that they provide professional level services because I always see they are on point with keeping their residences on the top priority. I highly recommend... Avana Druid Hills to anyone seeking to lease a new home! You never will be disappointed with Summer and her staffs with style and efficiency second to none.
