The space is wonderful-nice and roomy, outdoor areas are pretty however, the upkeep isn't great. Bugs, gnats and spiders everywhere, dog poop everywhere, the pet receptacles don't get emptied regularly and smell. Maintenance requests do NOT get done in a timely manner-at times I've waited close to 3 weeks to get something completed. Moving in was a problem as the elevators are small-I know that cant be fixed but it is an inconvenience when you live on the too floors.

Its been a very good experience so far. The reason I moved here is that they have spacious apartments. Love the area as the perimeter mall is just 5 min walking distance. Management should be more responsive on receiving calls and online service requests. The calls never been answered.

Great place to live at. We haven't had a single bad experience in our 2 years of living at bell perimeter..great amenities...wonderful & walkable neighborhood...many restaurants and shopping near by10/10
