RUN, DON’T WALK.

After 6 years living at 20 Terminus Place (first Berkshire, then Bell), I can confidently say my experience with Bell Terminus ended on a very disappointing note. While the property has made some cosmetic improvements to the amenities, the actual resident experience has declined significantly.

Communication and maintenance are major issues. Repairs often felt like temporary “band-aids” rather than real solutions. My AC went out twice, including during the beginning of summer,... and both times we had to repeatedly follow up for updates. My dishwasher leaked for months and required multiple service requests before it was finally replaced. Elevators frequently break down, and the hallways on the upper floors were often dirty and poorly maintained.

The security situation was extremely concerning. Someone we did not know was able to unlock our apartment door with a key late at night while we were inside. We had Ring camera footage clearly showing the person unlocking our door, yet management initially questioned whether we had lost our keys, left the door unlocked, or given someone a copy. The door was eventually re-keyed, but the situation was handled far less seriously than I believe it should have been.

We also experienced a vehicle break-in on the property, including my catalytic converter being stolen near a camera that was reportedly not working at the time. Despite all of this, residents are still frequently threatened with fees for minor violations, while similar violations by other tenants appear to go unanswered.

In addition to predatory move out fees, parking fees, and package handling issues. The management is completely unprofessional and the staff is too. They bribe residents to leave 5 star Google reviews for potential prizes so do NOT believe any of the high ratings you see on Google. They are high misleading.

Just walked into Bell Terminus to see availability for an apartment and was meet by rude and unprofessional leasing agent. I was told to go online to my a schedule appointment they were about to close. I arrived at 3:58pm and closing time is 5:00pm. You could’ve said we don’t have tours after 3:30pm. His attitude and Customer service was terrible. Do better young king.

My boyfriend and I have lived at bell terminus for 3 1/2 yrs and we love it. Mostly for the convenience where its located (grocery, mall, marta, etc). The property manager Wally is great and very responsive. Wally and Tema hold alot of events for residents and give prizes away, as well as having food trucks.

The biggest down fall we've had here is the elevator in building c is temperamental and but they get it fixed with time. As far as car break ins, its only happened once in the 3-4 yrs.

I am truly disappointed in this property. I stopped by today July 14 for a tour at 11am. But the apartment I was interested in had just been applied for. The next option she, Brittany, said was a 919 sq ft 1 bedroom apartment not available until end of September. She told me to complete an application, gave me the unit number and everything and I’ll be good to go. So I left, went to check into my hotel like under half a mile away, and completed the application. I paid a $125 application fee then... called to make sure the application was received. When I called Brittany told me someone else applied of the unit and it’s first come, first serve. And I’m like how? I just came by. You can’t do applications on site anymore. But why would you tell me to apply if there was no way to reserve the apartment for me. Then i asked for a refund. She said she couldn’t process one and I said no way! I didn’t elect to donate anything to your company and that’s completely unfair. She transferred me to a manager. I spoke to the property manager and he agreed to give me a refund saying they can’t hold a unit just because someone comes by and expresses interest. I told him that’s not true at all. Shortly after the new management team took over, they forced us to use a "reputable" (1.5 star on Google) delivery service Fetch so they didnt have to handle the packages themselves.

It took Fetch days to notify me a package is ready to schedule a delivery. And they are constantly late or simply not show up during the scheduled delivery window. Their customer support is non-existent -- no phone or live chat, only a useless chatbot to open a ticket for you and you're under their mercy to decide... when to reply you.

They messed up so many times that instead of the excitement i'm always under stress when expecting a package.

When i brought up my experience to the management team, they simply dismissed my problem, claiming "it it a reputable service", "you're the only one". And ultimately stated that it none of their business. Yeah they forced Fetch on me but it's my problem to handle it.

STAY AWAY, they dont care about the residents, they only want to milk money from you and shut you up. Read More
