Worn down, moldy, terrible apartments. Staff is more concerned about towing people’s cars instead of fixing issues. Apartments flood every time it rains, maintenance staff are all incredibly amateurish at their jobs, never answer the phone, totally awful place to live. Skip!

This community is quiet and the apartments are huge. I gave it 2* because of the trash piles. They only have maintenance Monday- Friday but need coverage on the weekends. I have been here 1 1/2 years and the trash piles have always been an issue. When I look out my window all I see is a landfill. For the prices that they are charging, you’d be better off at renting from someplace else! I can’t wait until my lease is up so that I can move out this Sandy Springs land-fill!

Prices shown is incorrect which is very misleading. Drove to property last week and was told all apartments were under renovation and unable to rent.

I'm currently still living at Park Terrace. It's extremely well priced, especially for the size (1200 sq ft 2 bedroom!) and for the location (hello Sandy Springs hot spot!). The only downsides are that they are only 6 month lease terms, no pets are allowed (Sorry, Princess) and there is only one person in the management office (and she kind of makes her own schedule as to when she will be there). Also, let it be noted, that they do not have online rent payment. Nevertheless, it's awesome if... you're in-between places and need something quick. Super roomy and open. Even though it's right next to Roswell Rd and 285, it's still an extremely quiet area (yes!).
