Has been okay lately. Mostly quiet. Living in the back of the complex, the bugs are back for the summer though. Some of the buildings need a good pressure washing in the walkways also

At the a kendrick, the staff is friendly and they are fairly responsive to maintenance requests, but the community amenity rules and trash fines are unreasonable

Very quiet friendly apartment complex. Nice staff w/ Car wash dog wash and great gym. Great location right off of 400 with a QT down the street.
