WOW, just WOW!!!

I toured this property in late June/early July and absolutely loved it! I showed up without an appointment and, even though they were slammed, Brittany let me see the model units. I made a second appointment to tour the amenities. But, to be honest, I really didn't need a second tour - I was sold on the property the first time.

Speaking of the amenities, the club house, gym, game room and pool are just beautiful. I love the on-site coffee shop and the parking deck! The interior corridors... were a must for me - this place checked all of my boxes!

In my 1 bdrm unit, the washing machine/dryer are in the closet - which is so convenient!

I love being here. The complex is quiet, clean and I feel like I'm in a luxurious hotel.

Love Broadstone Peachtree Corners!!

My husband and I toured this apartment complex in October with Brittany and she sold us on moving in. We’ve been residents since November and love the apartment and amenities.

Amazing and exactly as advertised

I toured back in October and I have been a resident since December. The office staff and maintenance team are amazing at what they do and always get back to you in a timely manner. The amenities are absolutely gorgeous and the apartments are spacious enough to decorate as you want. Do be aware if you get an apartment facing the road you can hear the traffic. It really isn’t loud maybe a 6/10 during rush hours, but it can easily be blocked out with music or the TV!

Love everything about this property.

I cannot think of anything bad to say about this apartment. I love that the premises are always well-maintained, clean, safe, gated, and quiet. I do not hear a single car passing by although the apartment is located right next to the road. I don't have any pets but I know it's pet-friendly given all the cute dogs walking around the dog park. And the ALL Saumsung appliances are just top notch. Would love to have friends live here with me! Last but not the least, the leasing agent Brittany is the... BEST. She is super friendly, super approachable, super knolwedgeable, and always there for the residents.
