When I say don’t move here, I literally mean don’t move here unless you want to be living in a roach infested apartment where every where you walk in the apartment you see a roach. It’s to the point where you can’t even keep food in the cabinets let alone go to sleep without hoping a roach doesn’t crawl on you or get in your clothes. Then lest not talk about the extra fee that just pop up out of nowhere. And the maintenance man doesn’t do anything at all but sit his behind on the golf cart on... the phone doing nothing. Our first night moving in here the dishwasher flooded the whole kitchen and the maintenance man barely did anything. Right then and there we knew we should have moved and told them the next day that we couldn’t stay there and got our money back. But we wanted to give them a chance but the joke was on us so please hear me out when I say do not move here.

Do not move here, this complex does not have it together AT ALL. I found these apartments online moving from Illinois which is a 14 hour drive. I am literally half way through my drive (about 7 hours) when I call the complex to ask a question about one thing and they then stated “oh we’ve been trying to call you, your apartment isn’t ready”. I had received NO calls from the complex, in fact I had called them a few times before they answered because they never answer! I began thinking this place... was a scam. My family and I were homeless for a week though they said it would be 2 days. They only reimbursed us 150 dollars for a family of 4!!!! Then on move in day I had to call constantly until I finally went to the property where they gave me the keys and the property was NOT ready. Many things were broken and did not get fixed until 2 months of being here. I had no access to my mailbox for a month and though the company was aware of this they still did not care. They fixed it when they felt like it. The maintenance man walks around all day not fixing anything even though everything is broken. I would recommend this place. This is a wonderful place to live. I've been here many years and the property is beautifully landscaped, they are always maintaining and upgrading the property, great location and the office and maintenance staff are the best. They are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Maintenance requests are handled quickly to complete satisfaction and office staff are always quick to return calls and answer questions.

I really enjoy my apartment and summer is coming and I can sit on my patio and just relax and drink my coffee. I love the apartment complex at night the pretty lights. And I love the blue and white they are painting the apartments. Good renovations are being done. I still vote for a gated community

I have had great experience at Westbury creek apartments. I love my apartment and The improvements they are continuing to make.
