I’ve been living at Birch Landing for quite a while and recently met Jay in the office. Even though he’s new, he already treats residents with care and respect. His attitude is positive and refreshing.

Jay was great he went above and beyond for my first apartment. He made sure the process was smooth and answered every question I had. Jay was awesome he gets 5 stars. The Apartments get 4 for the painted tub, but other than that, it's great so far.;)

Jay Hawkins is very easy to work with, communication, professional, and does more then enough to help your move in process be as smooth as possible. Just have to be about your business and communicate . 93% , I would recommend, place looks better in person.

The front office staff are always super nice and they’ve been relatively good with doing maintenance requests. My leasing agent was Kiera and she’s also super dope and very helpful. Mrs. Annette is also very enjoyable and speedy with what she does. Just make sure you pick up your packages on time to avoid any send backs!
