Really nice and for the price.

The front office staff are always super nice and they’ve been relatively good with doing maintenance requests. My leasing agent was Kiera and she’s also super dope and very helpful. Mrs. Annette is also very enjoyable and speedy with what she does. Just make sure you pick up your packages on time to avoid any send backs!

Perfect Apartments and Service

Amazing apartments, perfect customer service everything was amazing. Ms. Alice was very helpful, answered all questions i had and didn’t hesitate to fix any problems. 10/10 would recommend to anybody. Pool looks amazing, inside of the apartments look amazing, wouldnt change a thing. Hope others can find this helpful

Our Family Had an Easy Time Moving In

Alice was great helping us out. We actually got moved in within a week! We had a very smooth time moving in. We got in before our original date and had no problems. The price was very affordable considering the other options in the area.

Alice was so helpful with my move in process. She made it quick and easy. Everyone was so nice in the leasing office and very welcoming. My unit was ready on time and exactly what I was expecting. Birch landing is the place to be.
