The apartments were really nice inside and out the person who toured us was Miss Joy great personality. Tell you the real about the property and the pricing is not bad I think the only thing that I didn’t like is that they did not have a townhome what I had my heart settled available, but I did see it on video and it was really nice, but definitely will recommend.

Between the gate consistently being broken, extremely noisy neighbors, overflowing trash, and gun shots- just to name a few, I would HIGHLY NOT recommend this place for your next home.
There is currently a toddler stomping and running at 10:30 PM on a week night. There are gun shots currently going off outside. There is trash currently overflowing.
Does that sound like a peaceful home?
There are more residents leaving than they are coming.
The leasing agents do not enforce rules or have... enough dignity to confront unruly residents. And the property is poorly kept. I would highly recommend you look into a different area.

Hello, I had the opportunity to visit these beautiful homes and grounds at Perimeter point homes. I was very impressed. The help I received from Ms. Tina was fantastic and her professionalism was outstanding. I am looking forward to establishing residency here at Perimeter Pointe Homes.

I've lived at East Perimeter Pointe for the past 12 months, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The staff, especially Kim, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth. She was incredibly sweet and always addressed any issues I had in a timely manner. From the moment I moved in, any concerns I brought up were taken care of immediately, which made living here stress-free. The complex is well-maintained, and the management really puts effort into making sure residents are... happy. Highly recommend!
