Guests will enjoy the living room with a comfy sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The house has a large backyard, perfect for kids and pets. Guests can enter the house through a digital keypad. There is a beautiful front porch with outdoor furniture near the entrance door. Once you step inside, you will be welcomed by a nice size living room. Walk on the right doorway and you will reach the dining area and the kitchen. There is a nearby door going to the back patio. From the main entrance, there is a hallway on the left side going to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Outside, you will see a carport, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ grill for your use.
A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. This is a pet friendly home and all pets require a non-refundable pet fee.
This house is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to major highways, interstates, great restaurants, and shopping centers. It's a couple of minutes away from Valley Healthcare System and Walmart, and close proximity to Ft. Moore, 5 miles from Whitewater Rafting & Coca Cola Space Center. Uber, Lyft, and other taxis are available, but driving is encouraged!
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property.
