Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur an automatic $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and any events require prior approval. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided, as there is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if excessive trash is left at the property. A laptop computer is not included.
