Feel at home in The Sunny Sweetheart, a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment that sleeps 8 and is located about 1.5 miles south of downtown Columbus. This apartment is located on the left side of the duplex as you're facing the house, with the entrance nearest the driveway. The front porch has a private entrance with a digital door code used to access the home.
Inside, you will be welcomed into the living room with a futon and large SmartTV. The kitchen and dining area is straight ahead, which is fully equipped with a microwave, stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker and a cozy dinette. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second has two full beds, and they share a full bathroom in the hallway. The backyard is spacious with a charcoal grill available for use.
A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. A vacuum is available upon request.

If you choose to drive, there are two parking spots available on-site.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
