I moved in 3 years ago. I love the quiet and the friendly staff that goes above and beyond. They make living here better by providing a clean and safe environment for everyone. Overall, I am a happy tenant.

I really enjoy living here! This is a dog-friendly environment. I would like more amenities, but I am not sure what space is available for that. However, I love that they started doing more appreciation for residents! It made me feel appreciated for sure!

I don't like how pest control enters un-announced without any scheduling input from the residents. No calls or text to ask when it would be alright for them to come by. The annual fire inspection email was sent the afternoon of the day before and it said that "they'll be coming by tomorrow" without an specific time nor date. They knocked like 3 times and just came in. I didn't even have time to come downstairs and open the door and they where already inside.

We apologize for the inconvenience regarding pest control and fire inspections. Please note that our monthly newsletter is emailed to all of our residents; which includes a calendar that notates all inspections/pest control dates and property events.... We also send out a follow up email to the residents the day before any inspections.

The office staff was super friendly and helpful. They were patient with me through the whole process, even rescheduling my appointment when needed!

Very peaceful, quiet, and clean! The staff is very helpful, patient and sweet. Maintenance come as soon as the next day, to fix any problem that you may have. I highly recommend making Greystone a home for you and your family!
