My experience living in Midland Falls has been pretty good. The leasing office has a great staff. All of them have always been very friendly and helpful when I go in. The maintenance department has always been top-notch when it comes to fixing problems in and around our building.
My neighbors are the best and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I’m glad to be here.

Your staff is wonderful. Lisa was our agent and worked with me during the application process. I was in real estate for over 30 year and have never seen such a complex application process. It's not user friendly. But thru it all Lisa worked hard and kept a Professional demeanor. On a few occasions other members of the staff assisted in the process and all were courteous and professional. I can't say enough about how welcoming your staff was, but do have serious problems with the very difficult... application process.
