Like location very nice quite and peaceful, upkeep is excellent.the exercise rooms are very good always clean and equipment well kept, many eating places close by including sports bars

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Apartment is lovely. Lived here for a little over 2 years and don’t regret it. Never had any issues with maintenance or the staff. Area I live in is pretty quiet. Nice that you have a pretty scenic area when you walk. Hopefully the pools at least one will open earlier this year. Last year they did a great job of keeping people who tried to sneak in out. Highly recommend renting here.

Apartments are mediocre at best. Old property so none of the wiring, insulation, plumbing or utilities are updated. You are paying extra for a gated community that CONSTANTLY has broken gates anyone can come through. Management blames people for not using gates properly, which is very likely true, but then does nothing to stop or prevent misuse.

While the community itself is not newly constructed, repairs, upgrades, and renovations are completed as needed to maintain the homes and infrastructure. It is not always necessary to fully... replace systems such as wiring, insulation, plumbing, or utilities when they are functioning properly and continue to meet operational and safety standards, but our team does address repairs and improvements whenever they are required.

Regarding the gates, we understand how important controlled access is to our residents. The community entrances are equipped with multiple security measures, including on-site cameras and Flock safety cameras. We also have signage posted at each entrance explaining proper gate use. Our gates are part of a preventative maintenance program and are repaired promptly when issues occur.

Each gate is also equipped with an entry arm that lifts to indicate when it is safe to proceed. This arm does not rise until the gate is fully open; however, we still occasionally see individuals attempt to follow other vehicles through before the system is ready, which can lead to misuse or damage. Gates are designed to control access and stop vehicles when necessary, and while management provides the systems, signage, and tools for proper use, we cannot control individual behavior. When damage or misuse occurs, we review camera footage and do work with local law enforcement when appropriate to hold individuals accountable.

We appreciate feedback from residents and always welcome the opportunity to discuss concerns directly as we continue working to maintain and improve the community.

I am going into my fourth year here at Midland Falls . This is truly my peaceful place and my happy place. I love my apartment and my surroundings because there is a little of everything. Sidewalks
and woods and privacy but we are close to so many restaurants and stores only 10 minutes away or less. We have 6 pools that are so great in the humidity of summer.
So many other amenities like tennis, volleyball, pickle ball courts and gym.
I love my friends and neighbors here too.
The office is... very on top of handling whatever you need handled and maintenance is always very timely and great at whatever you need fixed.
There’s just nothing else I could hope for in my golden years and I’m so grateful.
