Midland Falls Apartment Homes

So far everything has been good thanks to Raven and the rest of the staff. For answering all questions and fixing all issues before my move in. I’m excited for this new chapter of my life to start at midland falls. Plus they got a tennis court that’s a W in my book already.

Friendly staff, good location, but the buildings themselves seem to be not great quality. In my unit, the doors and windows don't close tightly, so they let in wind and bugs. The front gate for the cars is often broken, so when that happens, anyone can come in. I do appreciate the fitness center which is really good for an apartment gym.

Since moving here things have been awesome open parking spacious apartments dog parks and located closely to all shopping. The staff if nice an always helpful. When maintenance needs to be done it’s done in a timely manner manner couldn’t be a better place to live.

Weight room would be better with 2 squat racks, back extension machine and at least one cable machine and an assisted pullups and dip bar..and the Swiss balls need to be inflated..and the the frickin aerobic machines need to maintenance..????

This is a good community. It’s really nice to live over here based on the prices they keep it clean on the outside. They have been doing a better job with keeping the breezeways clean at the apartments also because we have trash that’s outside a lot, but you definitely can improve on the gym equipment that are old and broken and open the pools and spas sooner and give residence notice of when these things might be ready to use
