It’s very quiet and peaceful , I love my apartment .I would most definitely recommend to family and friends to move to these apartments. They also keep them clean

The best thing about the management team is that they decided to repave all of the asphalt throughout the community, which was definitely needed. They clearly put a great deal of effort into the project, and I imagine it required a significant investment.

However, the most surprising part is that they started paving in the back of the community and did not address the main exit first—the area that the majority of residents use every day. The main exit has multiple potholes and uneven sections... that have been a recurring problem for years. Maintenance crews regularly fill these holes, but due to the heavy traffic, the patchwork typically deteriorates and comes out within a week.

I hate living here. The apartments are poorly renovated. The air conditioning LEAKS out alllll summer because the windows and doors are not sealed well. Plan to spend an extra $400-600 in the summer to keep your apartment cooled to 74°.

I have been here at Midland Falls for years now and I love it here. It’s my forever home.
I love my apartment and the location of it, the grounds are woodsy but manicured and sidewalks, it’s quiet and peaceful,
The pools are great and other amenities,
Maintenance is spot on and friendly and get the job done and the office will go to any lengths to help you, whatever the issue.
I am happy here and look forward to
Spending the rest of my life here!
