I just moved in two weeks ago. So far I am very satisfied. Good folks, good service.
All of my maintenance issues have been resolved with care and concern. I was helped by an office staff member today named Lisa. I’m older and the package receiving is new for me. I love it. I know now my packages won’t be delivered to the wrong address. Lisa was kind and helpful. And I love the valet trash service Mon thru Thursday. I can’t say enough. I feel very blessed to live here. Quiet and affordable with... great Amentities compared to many places I looked at.

I have been here at Midland Falls for years now and still loving it here.
It is peaceful and quiet and my pup and I love walking around the area because there are sidewalks and woods. It’s beautiful.
I fixed up my porch to be like an extra room and spend so much time out there!
Love my neighbors and made friends.
The office is always kind and helpful and help me with whatever I need and maintenance shows up quickly when you need them!
I was thrilled they pressure washed our breezeways and did... our parking lots over with new asphalt .
It’s my home and I love it.

Living here has been so peaceful. I love that the neighbors don’t bother you & are not loud. Anytime there’s a problem with an issue in my apartment, maintenance be on top of it.

During the time I've lived here, I feel like the things have gotten better as time went along. At least the roads have been re-paved, and the front gate seems to be working more often than not. I've noticed a few of of the gym equipment that was either damaged or went missing have been replaced (but not all of them).

A streetlight near one of the laundry facilities has been flashing for a while, and I hope the maintenance staff or someone can properly clean the AC closet between tenants. It... was certainly not cleaned when I moved in; there was trash on the floor of the closet. The couple times I've asked maintenance to investigate the mold smell coming from there, they didn't really seem to solve it. Still, maintenance and the rest of the staff have are usually pretty great otherwise.
