Second Avenue Apartment is basically downtown’s chill cousin. You’re super close to everything, but it’s quiet enough to actually hear your own thoughts. Safe area, easy access everywhere, and neighbors so gentle you almost forget they exist. A rare win! - SHH-

It is in a good location and we are able to walk to downtown within 5 minutes. The staff is very nice and responsive! The appartments are updated and the community feels safe with it being gated. It is also right across the street from Taco Bell so that is a good enough reason alone to live here, for your late night snacks!

Been a resident for 2 years and I love this complex. Great apartments, great staff, close to everything there is to do around. Military friendly and Pet friendly. Staff is attentive and responds very quickly to all requests.
