If pets are found on furniture or bedding, a charge for replacement or professional cleaning may be requested. A minimum charge of $250 will be applied for odor remediation in the event of a smoking violation. Guests are reminded that the homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur during their stay, nor for any loss of personal belongings or valuables.
