Park Creek Apartments

I lived at Park Creek for two years. Rent was paid on time every month with no late payments ever.
only positive thing I have to say is that maintenance is nice and typically efficient.
My living experience was decent enough but have to give the one star and make others aware for the following reasons

- The gate is almost ALWAYS broken. with that being said in January of 2026 a group of kids came by and stole 7 residents cars out of the complex and mine was one, and was completely totaled,... guess what? the gate had been broken for about 2 months.
-Staff has consistently changed in the past two years so when i first moved in, Katie was wonderful, everyone since then - awful customer service but I did notice if you are in office to possibly become a tenant they change their attitude really quick.
- I moved out of this complex in May this year Lease ending in June, with my last straw being my car stolen and totaled and the complete lack of action being taken after this event. I gave Tawana the property manager the address to forward my move out inspection and deposit information. I get a letter in the mail in July stating my account has been forwarded to collections and that i actually owe them money HAHA! NO correspondence from Park Creek whatsoever as it has been only about 60 days and now accruing interest in collections all because someone in the office failed to do the job? unacceptable.
-They consistently lose documentation and reports from other residents that they "lose" rent money orders so if you pay rent, pay virtually.

This place has potential, the people that live in the complex are mostly nice and they have a great maintenance crew BUT seems that the people running the show have a lack of momentum to take care of the current residents and completely focus on bringing people in.

I love living here due to proximity to a lot of stores. Also the noise levels are down and I also like the valet trash. Bigs ups to putting our concerns to work.

It was a pleasant place to live. Everyone was very friendly and my commute to The Georgia Heart Institute was very pleasant. Shopping and restaurants were close by as well.

Very calm and quiet Community. Nice amenities. Great location for shopping and eating out. Neighbors are quiet and considerate. office people are very nice and maintenance is friendly and quick.

Management listens to residents and they work on these views to improve time to time. I love the noise level and the staff is very friendly.
