I recently moved into Arches at Glenridge. I don’t usually draw conclusions quickly, but Arches deserves an exception because of its exceptional quality. Even small features like an AI chatbot for maintenance requests compared to the traditional method are incredibly convenient and user-friendly. Loving it so far!

Love our neighbors… property needs to fix the “open hallways” it’s 15-20 degrees hotter in the halls than outside since they never finished the project.

Great place. The trash compactor will always make me lower the score. The smell in this hot summer months will knock anyone out. This needs to be fixed

From touring to signing my lease and move in, this has been probably the best apartment and experience I ever had. I love my apartment, the staff is extremely helpful, understanding and welcoming. Ang issue they handle it immediately and I genuinely like that. The cleanliness, the quality and care of the community are all 10/10 for me. They even had a welcome bag for me when I picked up the keys to my apartment, that really touched my heart.

For the most part great. The trash compactor smell still needs to be addressed. Have failed at making that happen over and over and over again.
