Legacy at River Crossing

This apartment complex has so many issues, starting with management no one will ever answer the phone, they lock the lease building in the middle of the day nowhere to be found, bugs and mold are throughout the apartment.

I’ve lived on this property for six years. This property has been managed by four different management companies. This property was decent at point. However, the complex is horrible now. The trash is constantly overflowing when entering the complex. This will bring rodents if this continues to happens. They make you pay $25 for valet trash when you can just take the trash to the dumpster yourself. If you don’t mind the constant smell of marijuana, this is the property for you. The... neighbors are rowdy and constantly play music loud. Don’t bother telling management. They could careless. They want that rent payment on time though. I have a young son. Management is horrible, Bugs galore, my apt was nasty and they had the nerve to send me to collections once my lease was up. Terrible communication.

Poor management and full of bugs. Do not let that pretty manicured landscape fool you.

When you first move into this place it's excellent but what's very tricky is when you sign that lease on the 2nd year. My rent triple by $250. I thought the water, pest and valet trash was included in the rent. No that's not the case. They charge those item separate. Sad part, You pay for these people to come around and pick up the trash and they take it to the apartment garbage disposable. The same thing you can do by driving your own trash to the garbage area. Imagine how I felt when... I saw this, If you guest mad. You're right. I'm just saying be careful on that lease renewal. But other than that it's located near the River crossing mall.
