Smart TVs are provided in all bedrooms, and fresh hotel-quality linens and bath towels are supplied in every room. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, and a welcome tray with snacks and Keurig K-Cups is provided.
This property is family- and pet-friendly, with pet fees applying. For stays of 1–6 nights, the fee is $25 per pet, per night. For stays of 7–28 nights, the fee is $15 per pet, per night. Management will make an effort to promptly repair or replace the failed system or equipment. Management will not assume liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, pests, construction, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control. Guests are recommended to carry or obtain insurance to protect themselves and their personal property. Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the owner and management from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, costs, and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage, or injury to the guest or licensees or their personal property.
