Scheduled tour

I scheduled a tour I love the location the community is very nice and quiet . Everything is clean and well maintained ! My tour was amazing loved the apartment hope to be moving here soon !

It’s like the Shire

Living at River Vista is like living in the woods. It’s private and has great management who take care of your individual needs. You get treated with respect by Dee and Nico.

Dee Best is a beast!!

Came in stressed about living arrangements and was warmly welcomed by Dee and she made this process very easy and smooth!

Great Place

Ryan and Ms Dee are great. They do a good job of running the community and they are great at communicating. The maintenance team handles requests very promptly. I would highly recommend. Newly renovated and in a nice quiet community in Sandy Springs.

New management is awful

Pool has been closed more than its been open this year because no one knows hot to maintain it. Maintenance tickets are closed with no action to fix problems. Garbage pickup is supposed to be Sunday - Thursday , which only happens about half the time, resulting in ant infestations. Garbage men also drop and leave garbage all over. This place has really gone downhill. Its pretty quiet though, I guess that's nice....
