Only one fault I love the complex. Very communicative and helpful during the recent hurricane and storm. I literally only have one complaint. The trash. It never gets picked up. I’m not sure if it is because I’m in a corner…but my trash never gets picked up. I shouldn’t have to take the trash if I’m paying to have it picked up

Good place to live

A quiet, peaceful, place to live. Yes, it does depend on where you are in the complex, if you live near the pool expect some noise, make sense.
Management addressed all issues in a timely manner is respectful and polite.
