The Element but far is the best community to live at , amenities, leasing staff , and grounds are exceptional ! The apartment is so pretty inside and out , love the granite counters all through out the apartment , luxury living by far

Due to physical limitations I cannot walk stairs and the Element has no elevators and due to the poor construction you will experience almost every step and/or dropped item on the floor above if your on the first floor. This becomes a very big nuisance if you have inconsiderate and disrespectful neighbors who refuse to be cognizant of the constant daily noise caused by simply walking but purposely compounded out spite with more pronounced stumping and dragging items along the floor. Having... small children compounds the issue as well.
