We’ve had such a wonderful experience with our move-in, and we’re so happy to be here! Dawn, our leasing agent, was kind, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful throughout every step of the process. She made the entire experience feel easy and welcoming.

When we moved into our large, spacious home, we were thrilled with the space. A few things needed attention after we moved in, but the maintenance team responded so quickly and did an amazing job taking care of everything. The maintenance team here... is truly outstanding, and that is a huge selling point for us. It’s such a relief to know that when something needs to be addressed, it gets handled quickly and professionally.

We also really appreciate having internet included in the rent. The connection is strong and reliable, which is especially important to us.

The community itself is quiet and peaceful at night, which we really enjoy. There was even a community event shortly after we moved in, which was a fun way to feel connected right away.

Overall, we’re very happy with our new home and grateful to be part of this community. ??

This probably won't be looked at but hey I'll put my honest overview of this place. Great that the landscaping crew comes and maintains the grass and trees. But no one fixes the roads the parks look like it needs a major overhaul adjacent recs ( tennis court and not sure what the things next to it is) is horrible and really outdated. The street signs don't even have street names on it. Stray cats and feral chickens galore. My neighbors come and go because of the high prices. Not sure if the... solar panels work. Utility bill is the highest ive ever paid for.

This is a great family friendly community located conveniently close to public beaches, great staff and competitive prices, but frequent interactions with homeless people keep this from being a top tier experience.

Living in a community like this one with a full-time staff dedicated to the residence makes a world of difference. Having rented before dealing with individual Property Management teams has been a struggle. The location amenities, staff and maintenance team are exceptional.
