We had an amazing experience with Taylor! She was very helpful and answered all our question in a timely manner.
The apartment size is perfect for us and we love the garage parking! Kids cannot wait to swim

Rude/lazy managers do not pick up trash at all. All you have to do is look at walls in main building to see they do not like to pay for maintenance. Always have same problems with pool, grill & basically all amenities with the excuse being were working to fix them however they cant be fixed b/c they were all installed wrong just like everything else. If you want to turn on emergency heat all winter & get charged as much as cost heat a house then this is spot for you.

I schedule appointment through there text message phone number and was told I was good for 10:30 AM. I received a phone call from there tour personal saying I’m not scheduled and was told I wasn’t scheduled that day. Which I have screenshot proof of my scheduled appointment. If you do text this phone number call them because obviously the person running the text message line has poor time management skills. How can I trust an apartment complex that can’t even schedule appointments properly?

I have been living at the Sterling for a little over a year and have nothing but positive things to say. The units are spacious, modern and very homely. The sidewalks around the property allow me to walk my dog with ease. The convenient location allows me to walk to pick up groceries, get a hair cut or grab a quick bite to eat without starting my car. The Sterling has created a growing community feel, that I am happy to call home. I would recommend moving here to anyone!

Area is a new construction surrounded by a nice neighborhood, area looks really nice and up to date. Management was helpful with getting me onto the floor I wanted quickly. I'd recommend anybody looking to check it out.
