Avoid if you can, I know it’s tough, not many options in OC

Poorly built, poor parking, money hungry property management company. Loose nails where every floor transitions to carpet, repairs are nonexistent; watched a huge stain in the stairwell take a year to be fixed.. let me circle back to cheap, did I say cheap? Bathroom had no shower curtain rod, towel rack or hand towel ring , LOTS of deadspace in floor plan, water heater is incapable, dryer vents might not be up to code, air conditioner stinks. Goodluck with parking in the winter. OVERALL: Try... LeMars.. delicious Ice Cream, housing market is fair, plenty of food options. Sioux Center area can be cliquey, also have fun driving with them thick skulled Iowa drivers around those parts. Hope this helps somebody.
