AC I think all of my maintenance items have been but not all were actually completed. I had never heard of an apartment that didn’t have central heat and air, but the studio apartments apparently don’t. I’ve made some suggested changes, but I was still waiting to see if a part could be made to direct the AC up and over. Instead, it was marked as completed

Whoever that comes to do the work does not do complete but also mark complete. And when he says he will be back to finish, he doesn't come back to complete what he was doing. Please make sure do you the work 100% but submitting complete.

Like the townhouse I do like the townhouse and appreciate the staff. My only gripe would be the overuse of satisfaction surveys! I’ve already filled out multiple and left glowing reviews, but I truly hate surveys and will not further participate in them.
