Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and violation may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. This is a 100% smoke-free property and smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance and additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Please treat the home with care and respect and excessive mess or damage will result in additional cleaning or repair fees. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property. The host is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or left-behind items. Any violation of these rules may result in additional charges, removal from the property without refund, and/or reporting.
Outdoor and garage amenities are offered as a courtesy and are considered self-maintained. Occasional outdoor insects or wildlife may be present. This home is in a lived-in neighborhood and cannot guarantee there won’t be occasional sounds of neighbors, pets, or traffic. For the safety of guests and the property, outdoor-only security cameras are in use. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed and must be pre-approved in writing.
