Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home is prohibited and will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear. Due to the home's location, occasional outdoor insects or small wildlife may be present, and normal neighborhood sounds may be heard.
