This place is going downhill fast

When I first moved in the pool was clean, the chairs were nice, the landscaping looked good. Fast forward: the landscapers might not even own a lawnmower or sheers? The grass that once was, is now 2ft weeds. Plants and trees impede walkways. Pool chairs are nearly all broken. The tiles on the pool are so dirty people are scratching in their names in the grime. Dog poop bins are typically overflowing. Beach chairs are also broken. What once was a nice community has gone downhill and I won’t be... renewing my lease.

That's why we've replaced our pool furniture with all new loungers and have a weekly... cleaning schedule for our pool, as well as a regular maintenance schedule for our landscaping. The best staff ever!

I've been experiencing a bit of a slow season with my business and have been struggling financially and mentally. The staff of the Clara have been so helpful, so kind during my struggles. Pointing me in the direction of the help I needed. They didn't have to, but they did. The staff, the community, it's everything I could of hoped for and more. Thank you, sincerely.

Love love love The Clara! This place is so Great from the entire Staff to the ameneties. The have a great Amazon hub and super workout facility. There is a dog washing/grooming room and walking areas. Very family friendly.
