Parking is limited to one car in the garage and two cars in the driveway. No street parking, trailers, or RVs are allowed. Smoking of any kind at any location on this property is strictly prohibited and parties are not allowed anywhere on this property (inside or out). Visitors are allowed only with written prior approval. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Food and/or drink is allowed only in the kitchen and dining room, with a couple exceptions: if extra space is needed for mealtime outside of the kitchen/dining room then you may eat in the family room, and if you'd like to enjoy some popcorn or snacks while watching either of the TVs then please do, just make sure to be careful and take care of spills right away. Please don’t wear shoes inside. If any fixture, appliance, furniture, or part of the property becomes damaged or lost during your stay, please let the hosts know immediately, regardless of who may be at fault.
